I've been there and gone through

work after trying retirement. I've done extensive graduate research
in all areas of employment and the emotional problems while pursing
two master's degrees.

manager, hiring authority, successful career changer, sales manager,
university teacher, and mental health counselor, I understand the
problems of finding the right career in today’s employment
environment and the needs of employers.
MY BACKGROUND
My background includes being a
business owner and hiring authority for jewelry retail stores in
California and Idaho. Adjunct Faculty at the University of Idaho and
Boise State University. Teaching classes in instructional design,
career development and corporate training. Plus, general Psychology
and the Psychology of Learning and Motivation at Stevens-Henager
College in Boise. I have a Bachelors degree in Organization
Management from George Fox University, Master's degree in Education
from the University of Idaho with supporting courses in human
behavior/performance, a coaching diploma from Coach University.
Plus, a master’s degree in Community Counseling from Northwest
Nazarene University. I am licensed as a counselor by the state of
Idaho.
Also, belong to the Viktor Frankl
Institute of Logotherapy (helping people find meaning in work and
life), George Fox Toastmasters (past president), American Society of
Training/Development, Christian Coaches Association, American
Counseling Association and the Society of Human Resources
